Many of us believe that we are self-aware, but when we actually assess people, only about 10-15% of people actually are really in touch with their identity. Shocking huh?! The only thing more shocking is the effect of mindfulness exercises can have on improving our awareness.

Self-awareness is a skill that sits at the center of so many psychological strength concepts, and that is what we’re digging into today. Trying to look for ways to cultivate mindful habits in our lifestyle can be a challenge, but our mental health will certainly thank us for our efforts.
